Codex challenges not completing

I have tried to complete the Triage "Hypocritical Oath" mastery challenge twice today, along with the Misriah "Defeat a hostile shortly after sliding" challenge, and neither completed. The Outland challenge was previously completed today. 

It is rather infuriating as a teammate was able to complete the Triage mastery while I wasn't.

    Our team is aware of an issue affecting the Triage "Hypocritical Oath" mastery challenge, and it is currently under investigation.

    For the Misriah "Defeat a hostile shortly after sliding" challenge, we’d like to gather a few more details to help us investigate:

     

    • Bungie Account Name - Playername#1234,
    • Platform - Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, etc,
    • Description of Issue - General description of the issue in the game,
    • Rough Date and Time of issue - Let us know roughly when this occurred, especially if it was a crash.,
    • Repro steps - If you know the specific steps you took to cause the issue please try to recreate them step by step.,
    • LINKS: Links to videos and/or screenshots will help us better figure out the issue. YouTube, Imgur, and Twitter work best
