bug of synaps cube twice
Greetings, Bungie Support.
I have retrieved an item from the cryoarchive twice while carrying the Synaptic Cube in my backpack, but the quest/progress was not counted.
Both retrieval attempts were successful, and the item was in my backpack at the time of retrieval.
Could you please check if this is a known bug or an issue with my account progress?
I would also like to retrieve my Synaptic Cube.

I don't have a link to the media files, but I have a correspondence with a friend who played with me at the time. Everything worked out for him, but not for me.
