lost loot from disconnect mid fight
me and my team all run gold bully with misriah and me with gold misriah with dna access just for me and my friend to disconnect from the match mid fight with a team while im peaking to disconnect and you guys have no loot refund from a disconnected match which seems really unfair because there was nothing i can do or my teammate leaving our 3rd in a unfair 1v3, and this isn't even the first mid match disconnect ive lost all my loot on and this seems like a really unfair process of dealing with crashes because it was completely out of my hands if i disconnect there should be an option to refund my loot and fully leave the match and i understand that i might get exploited for gear refunds but hundereds of people are having the same problems and i feel like this should certainly call for either a patch or gear refunds

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
