Killed compiler, exfilled, got no skin or codex entry but my crewmates did.
Hey all. Just killed my first compiler in a friendly 6 man. I did damage to compiler both phases and hit panels. Exfilled with the gun and the Ganglion. The two in my crew got skins and codex but I got nothing. Any way to fix this? I have a video and screenshots of kill.

Hi there,
Right now, the way the Compiler rewards work in multi-team lobbies is pretty strict: only the crew that initiates the fight is guaranteed to get the associated Codex unlocks. Other teams in the space will only receive those unlocks if the game registers very specific direct damage events on the Compiler itself during its vulnerable phases.
The most reliable way to get credit is to run Cryo Archive with your crew starting the fight and making sure you’re actively damaging the Compiler during its exposed damage windows.

i also got the magnum skin but no other codex or skin.
If you watch the video I linked I clearly did enough damage to compiler. Both of my crewmates received the rewards despite me doing more damage than both of them.

- one of my crewmates was down the entire first damage phase and he received his skin and credit for the fight. I did damage BOTH phases. This explanation doesn’t make any sense. Please review the video I linked below:

Bungie Support any follow up on this? The video of my clear clearly shows I did sufficient damage. Everyone in this lobby got a skin but me. Someone who did nearly no damage to the compiler (my teammate) received the skin. Please review my footage. I apologize for multiple comments but since I can't open a ticket directly idk what else to do.
