Hypocritical Oath not completing

The Hypocritical Oath codex challenge is not completing. In a match I have just played, I've had an enemy runner finish off a teammate. I was able to down them moments after. I've activated my Reboot+ to simultaneously revive my teammate and kill the enemy runner with the other hook. The codex entry did not complete after the match.
