death bag falling through the ground
my death bag fell through the ground and was unable to be revived by my teammates leading to a total loss of my own equipment, as well as the loot that I was unable to acquire afterwards (which is completely fine, I just care about getting my own loot back). I was mid self reviving when I was nade spammed, which seemed to just blow my death bag straight into the ground. We have received reports of this sometimes occurring in the location your video is in. At this time, we're investigating the underlying cause of this.
While we're unable to manually return lost gear, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
