Revived into out of bounds geometry on Outpost Warehouse

Repro: Died under the stairs in Warehouse (bottom floor, directly below Processing armory).  Upon revive, I respawned into a small cavity below the stairs.  Stuck in crouch. I was unable to find any way out

    • Is all that appears required to reproduce this dying and being revived in this specific location?
    • A linked videoclip demonstrating what you experienced.

    As far as I could tell all I did was die and get revived, yes.  I had DBNO crawled under the stairs into an area with low overhead clearance.  I was on Destroyer and the revive may have been from Reboot+, but I can't remember for sure. 

    I didn't record a video, sorry!
