I crouched through a space that I thought was just more of the maze thats inside vault 3 but I then fell into a space that is impossible to get out of and lost all my gear since i ran out of time

I'm sorry to hear you got stuck behind some map geometry and couldn't successfully end your run because of it. I can confirm that this issue in this specific area of the map is already on the developers' radar and is currently being investigated.
