Softlock in vault 2 loot room
- Bungie Account Name - Comrade Jay#5222

- Description of Issue - Standing on top of the strongbox in the corner of the vault 2 loot room and opening it results in a softlock where the player is stuck in a falling animation and can't jump/dash/crouch to get out. The open lid of the strongbox wedges the player into the corner. Attempted twice to down myself with self-damage to get out. First attempt used frags and I was still stuck, self rezzed and downed again later with tox grenade and I was able to get out and use final exfil (though my teammates had died with the things I dropped for them to take out)
- Rough Date and Time of issue - May 15th 2026, some time around 11am EST
- Reproduction steps - Stand on the strongbox on the left of vault 2 loot room, wedge into the corner, then open strongbox. I figured it would be a good spot to stand since it isn't visible from the entrance but I was mistaken.

I'm sorry to hear you got stuck on top of the strongbox after opening it in Vault 02. I've reviewed your video recording and can confirm that this issue in this specific area of the map is already on our devs' radar and is being invetsigated.
