Marathon..Seriously. This is the second I saw glitch to happen where I lose gold items simply to a glitch
Marathon… Seriously this is the second glitch that I’ve had in the same week while I lost multiple gold items because I glitched. I was doing a Cryo Vault room 5 key, and I was grabbing my coolant in the middle of the match(around 16-17) minute mark. All I did was do the slam down to put the smoke down, and I glitched into the side of the area. And I couldn’t move for the last 15 minutes of the match and I just ended up dying and losing all of my loot. This one was even worse than the last one. Could I get a reimbursement or something for this cause seriously…this feels unfair sometimes when I finally bring in my gold loot and this happens. Sorry for the anger I just really don’t like losing my loot to a glitch when I was playing the game correctly. Here’s the link to the glitch, thank you.

Thank you for your report and video.
We are aware of situations where players can get stuck behind geometry and be unable to move.
We are looking into these situations.
I will pass this along to the relevant channels for further investigation.
While we're unable to manually return lost gear, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
