When I press shift I'm unable to move

Platform: Steam
Description of issue: Whenever I press the shift key my game wont let me move. I'm unable to move my character, but i can still use the chat and and parts of the menu as long as its not involving the keyboard. When if restart the game the game the it is resolved until I hit shift again.
Time of issue: May 15, Roughly around 2:00 pm
Repro steps: Just hitting shift is all it takes

We are aware of situations where the shift key (sometimes caps lock) can make the player unable to move.
We are looking into these situations.
If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
Please be sure to include your key mappings and settings, and an example of the issue occuring.
after doing some testing I figured out that when I hit the shift key it makes all of the keys unable to be held down and instead they become motifed to a rapid press

Here you go this video shows the in full effect. Like I said in my previous post this bug is preventing the game from reading any held down button, In the clip You'll even see me try to hold down the grenade button but it instantly throws it
Fixed it. Turns out it was a Trojan horse virus creating an overlay on my PC
