Denied exfil in circle. Final exfil.
Was playing outpost around 4am EST last night. Got a gold implant and a cryo 6 key which is the last subroutine I need. Stood in final exfil and was in my inventory when the timer hit zero. Suddenly everyone else exfiled but I was left.
I’m attaching a YouTube link to the clip. In the clip you can see a recruit hits me but the edge of the circle is at the edge of the bubble shield that was on the exfil and although it does hit me close I believe I was still within the bounds of the exfil area. I’ve watched multiple times, it looks close but I should definitely have still been within the circle and taken with everyone else.
This is a huge bummer. The gold implant is whatever but the 6 key is such insane RNG and it hurts bad to lose that and know that now I may never get my last shot at finishing the vaults and compiler this season because of this. It could take countless hours to find another… I have seen comments saying you can’t manually return lost gear but man if I could only get that key back I’d be so grateful.

We have seen situations where players can be knocked out of exfil bubble and fail to exfil.
We are looking into these situations.
I will pass along your report to the relevant channels.
While we're unable to manually return lost gear, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
