Critical system error death being stuck in overflow key room.

Description of Issue - I died being stuck in the key room in overflow on perimeter to critical system error.
Rough Date and Time of issue - It happened 14/05/2026 around 6:30pm Aest
Repro steps - Facing inwards from the door the pile of blue rolled up coils I was launched into that corner behind the coils with a vandal blast and got stuck for a couple of seconds, I tried jumping out and then took instant full health and shield damage and died. I wasn't shot or anything after getting stuck.
Loving the game guys please keep up the great work, if we could get our loot back that would be awesome too but no stress as we got wiped after I glitched into the wall.

In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
While we're unable to manually return lost gear, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
