Missing player in ranked
I queued up ro play dire marsh ranked on May 13th 2026, time: 3:11am Barcelona timezone. When I loaded in the match I was missing my third teammate. This lead us to fail the match becuase we were at a severe disadvantage. Every other team had three people. I would like to be refunded all my gear and refunded the ranked points I lost for that unfair match. I am on Playstation 5, my bungee name is :ReaperKeeper_734#2797.
My affected friends bungie name is :Sleepy#9770
Me and my buddys loot was very high value and are not happy with what just happend.

If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
But it was a server error, you didnt load me in my ranked game with my third teammate, I readied up with my other friend, so that means we get a third guy who is considered a "random". But you didnt give a random to me so I wpukd like my gear back for the disadvantage.
Also if you read my first message I did supply all the information you need. You just actually yknow had to read it.
