HDR and Reticle Visibility

PS5 & LG OLED C5 With HDR enabled, the smaller circle on sniper scopes is nearly invisible at times. When disabling HDR, it is always visible. This makes the sniping experience very poor and unusable. Turning off HDR seems to be the only solution but the game looks way worse. I changed many TV, PS5, and in game settings while scoped and nothing seemed to resolve the issue.
