Completing Cryo Archive CyberAcme Contract at end of window makes contract uncompletable
Hi, I recently completed my 7th and final contract for Cryo Archive (find a hidden cache, exfil with compiler ganglion) which was my final contract for completing all 7 contracts in one weekend session and as the window had closed after exfil, the contract got in a bugged state where I could not claim my completed contract reward and, as a result, could not get my codex achievement which I worked very very hard for this weekend, and also could not claim the rewards for completing the seventh contract.
Is there any possibility for this issue to be resolved, or at least for now be remediated for my account, as this was a really frustrating situation.
Here is a screenshot of me also being unable to queue up for a game due to a completed contract while also being told I have no contract, which resulted in me needing to restart my game in order to be able to even queue up.

Thank you for your report and additional screenshots.
We are aware of situations where if you started a run shortly before the Cryo event window ended and exfilled after it closed, the contract could appear completed in-run but then vanish / become unclaimable when you returned to menus.
We are currently looking into these situations.
I will pass along your report and additional information to the relevant channels for further investigation.
Account level completion is not something we can do from the player help forums.
