Permanent OS Hack

  • Description of Issue - In Cryo Archive, I was suddenly hit with the OS hack screen while not actually hitting any lasers. The timer would reset every 5 seconds or so and the red borders around my screen would not disappear. I also couldnt see any pings because of this or see who my teammates were or not, leading to us losing. Is it possible to refund the items I lost due to this glitch?
  • Rough Date and Time of issue - 10-05-2026, 17:10
  • Repro steps - We were ready to open the door to Control coming from Vault 2 area.
