Triage Collateral (friendly) codex entry did not unlock
I was playing on outpost at 12:45 pm est, May 9th, 2026. Both of my teammates were down. I popped reboot plus and got both of them up with one activation of the ability. We exfilled successfully. I checked after the game in the codex entry under triage called collateral (friendly) and it was not unlocked. I have a clip of the instance uploaded to my Xbox profile. Please let me know if you’d like me to upload to YouTube. Thank you.
