Run not finalized again....
Ran a cryo archive and wiped the map and had 8 golds on me. This is the second time this happened to me. Any chance for a refund?

While we are unable to recover any items that were not automatically refunded by the game, for some connectivity issues, we've taken note that this is still occurring to you and will continue investigating the issue.

While looking into this further, we're wondering if there's a little bit more information that you may have, to help us with our investigation. Can you clarify if this occurred during an exfil or did you receiving an error code? Was it occurring at a certain exfil, or was it the final exfil? Was this the first time you'd received this issue in that particular day and had it reappeared later in the day?
