Servers Are Down
Good Morning/Afternoon,
The Marathon servers are down as of 10:36 AM EDT, and I have encountered multiple disconnections and error codes while trying to reconnect. I have reconnected successfully, but have been disconnected seconds or minutes after.
Here are the error codes:
- W:8:0002EE2
- W:10:0002EE2
- weasel
I know that the issue cannot be client side to to the use of an Ethernet cable, and I was also able to make this report while waiting to be reconnected from the match (if my internet had gone out, I would not be able to). I also used an internet speed test to diagnose the issue (if it was client-side), and the test viewed normal speeds.
Will there be an vault/inventory rollback?

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
I was with Fortnite in Cryo and lost about $8k of gear!
Hello, I've also just experienced multiple server issues. then while in game immediately launched into the home screen - naturally lost all gear. I've recorded the gameplay.

Also had issues with disconnecting - was at the end of long quest and got kicked to the login screen whilst exfilling. Said that the servers were down for maintenance whilst my mates carried on in game. Only way back was to restart the game. Lost all my gear. My friends were unaffected and recorded me getting kicked and my loot being unavailable.
