Infinite OS Hack

Had a infinite loop of a OS Hack detected on my screen made my screen go in and out of black boarders and a green tint to it. used every debug/buff possible nothing worked to get rid of it. lasted the whole round. Kept popping up the OS hack detected every 7 sec or so.
Date 5/7/26 time 10:15 pm Central time
believe the only steps i took to make this happen is i was looting a body as the first hack was detected and exited the inventory as soon as it popped and used a panecia kit
