Cryo exfill success but lost all gear

Hello, I had an issue with my most recent Cryo run using the free cryo kit and I couldnt find a way to contact support through the website or on discord. I successfully exfilled with my team, but after getting back through the after run screens, I had no items. I looked to see if this is a known issue and found some related posts. It was my first cryo run on 05/07/2026, around 1:15ish pm I think was when I began matchmaking, if that helps. I've never had this issue before. Thanks for all of the hard work in making this amazing game a reality. One of the best, one of my most favorite ever, and I am an old school Halo guy forever so...its cool to glimpse back to before that at Marathon and see it through the new lens you all have so finely crafted.   • PsykoTreyc#6800, I play on PC through Steam. I do not have a video. I wasn't able to inquire with anyone else in the squad if it happened to them as well because it was two randoms and I didn't think to grab names.
