Bug Encountered: Triage's Collateral (Friendly) Challenge didn't unlock after I completed the task
- Bungie Account Name - deathdrive#9083
- Platform - Steam
- Description of Issue - Revived both crew members with Triage's Reboot+ today but was not award the unlock on the "Collateral (Friendly)" codex challenge.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 7:00 PM PST 5/4/2026
- Repro steps - I revived two downed crew members with Reboot+ and did not get the codex unlock
