Biotoxic Disinjector Stuck after Dropping it
After doing the Compiler boss for the first time we piced up the Biotoxic Disinjector from the chest. I decided to give it to someone else and dropped it on the ground, it then proceeded to not be able to be picked up because it was fused into another organic object on the floor.
