NuCal VIP Not Progressing and Unable to Claim

Got to NuCal VIP a few days ago, but for some reason after many many runs the rank has yet to progress. It is currently at Rank 2 w/ 43/1000 xp and I have not seen it increase at all the last few days.

    • Bungie Account Name - Playername#1234,
    • Platform - Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, etc,
    • Description of Issue - General description of the issue in the game,
    • Rough Date and Time of issue - Let us know roughly when this occurred, especially if it was a crash.,
    • Repro steps - If you know the specific steps you took to cause the issue please try to recreate them step by step.,
