Compiler Completion Rewards Not Granted Defeat

Description of Issue - Completed Compiler but did not receive the expected skin reward, Codex, or armory/barter unlock rewards. The other two players on my fireteam received the rewards, and another three-player squad we teamed with to complete it also received their rewards. I do have the Ganglion in my armory, so I am unsure why that item unlocked but the Codex/skin and armory barter rewards did not.
Rough Date and Time of Issue - May 1 at approximately 6:00 PM
Repro Steps -
- Entered the activity and completed the Compiler encounter.
- Teamed with my three-player fireteam and another three-player squad.
- I was downed near the end of the fight and was self-reviving right before the Compiler was defeated I did not recieve as much damage on the knockback as others.
- After completion, the other players received the expected rewards, but I did not receive the skin reward, Codex, or armory/barter unlocks.

and we are currently looking into these situations.
