Runner Connections have Disappeared

I have made tens of runner connections while playing the game. This morning I logged in and no runner connections are available. I also tried fully exiting game and starting game back up and I am still have the same issue.

    Thanks for reaching out, and we appreciate you sharing the screenshot.

    We understand that your runner connections are not appearing after logging in.

    If you haven't done so already, we recommend trying basic troubleshooting steps such as checking if you are set to appear offline in your Marathon/network presence settings. This can cause you and others to look offline or missing restarting your platform and ensuring your game is fully up to date.

    If the issue persists, could you please share your platform, build number, whether this happened (In Lobby/In-Lobby Matchmaking/ In-Run), which tab you’re on (All Friends / Platform Friends / Invites / Recent), and whether you’re swapping between tabs. If possible, you can also provide a short video showing Runner Connections before and after they disappear. You can upload the footage to a service like Youtube and provide the link here.

    I believe the issue started when I signed in to these support forums to post my other issue. It stated I needed a Bungie account and asked how did I log into my Bungie account. At that time, I chose my Xbox account which I believe it linked the accounts. Unfortunately, I now have a new ID than the one I did before. Is there any way to restore my old ID or old friends list?

    Hi, 

    I'm having the exact same issue. After I linked my PlayStation and Steam bungie accounts in preparation to play during the D2 server slam on June 9th, all of my friends on marathon disappeared from my friends list. I'm commenting here in this post at the recommendation someone on the bungie support personnel in hopes that my issue gets fixed.(the recommendation: https://help.marathonthegame.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/48832772719764/comments/48883262919956). 

    My marathon ID seems to have been changed since I linked my accounts:

    - (old)My marathon ID before the account linking: ionnicARC#3987 (a temporary Bungie ID tied to Steam, created when I bought Marathon on steam. I want to stay in touch with the friends I made with this ID, but it is no longer attached to Marathon and I can't access it or it's friends list.)

    - (current)My marathon ID after the account linking: ionnicARC#8812 (my Bungie ID from when I bought Destiny 2 on PlayStation, now tied to Marathon since I linked my accounts)

    My Goal: I'm hoping to get all of my friends linked to the old Bungie ID back without messing up my progress in Marathon or Destiny 2.

    Ideally, If I could see the friends list tied to the old Bungie ID, I could just send all of the people on that list a friend invite from my current Marathon ID.

     

    Please let me know if there is anything that can be done to fix the situation I'm in.
