Missing loadout after successful extract on Cryo
- Bungie Account Name - Fusion#0398
- Platform - Steam
- Description of Issue - Successfully extracted from Cryo after doing Vault 2 around 10:45am EDT. Went into loadout screen after and confirmed items were there. Logged off. Logged back on at 12pm EDT and nothing is in my loadout. Lost gold foot implant, 2 gold cores, watchtower unique, and I am sure some other things.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Today 5/1/2026 at ~10:45am EDT.
I do not have a video of this, but would like my stuff back please.

If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
There should be a log of my run, no? I would think you could look at the inventory now and the runs after to determine that things are missing and were not sold. It was not a client-side issue. All 3 of us extracted and went back to the home screen,
My Internet connection is stable and 2.3GBps. It is not an Internet nor client issue.
