I recorded the game crashing. Can I get my items refunded? My drivers are fully updated. I use a wired connection. Will probably stop playing if this is just accepted by the team

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear your game froze and crashed mid-run. If these crashes are still happening at this hour, you may need to reinstall Marathon to resolve this. This will clear out any corrupted or otherwise broken data that may have snuck into your game files, causing these crashes.
Please follow this guide on Installing, Reinstalling, and Updating Marathon, and head to your platform's tab for instructions on reinstalling the game. You might also want to clear your cache as well.
Unfortunately, Support is unable to restore any lost loot, as any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
