Game stops loading on first loading screen

Bungie Account Name - Flt_Magic#3919
- Platform - Steam
- Description of Issue - Game stops after a few frames on the initial loading screen. I've tried redownloading, changing my CPU and motherboard, and countless settings to try to fix the issue.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - I've yet to get past this since the first day of release.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues getting into the game. The first thing we'd recommend to do is to make sure all of your drivers, Windows, and your BIOS are all up to date. If you are using an Intel Ultra CPU, please ensure that you are updating your BIOS using the one from the manufacturer's website and not the one through Intel, as we've received reports it is causing stability issues.
If this doesn't help with your issue, to help us further investigate the issue, can you provide us with a copy of your DxDiag? You can copy and paste it over on PasteBin and provide us with the viewing link. Please also let us know if you receive any error codes when the game stops. If you do, which one(s)?
