Unable to untrack certain valuables
Certain valuables i’ve tracked are unable to be untracked. Specific valuables affected for me currently are all from Cryo Archive. As follows:
Expedition Manifest
Personal Log: Pike, U.
Strauss’s Journal
UESC Marathon Model
When I try to track or untrack the item it creates and removes a duplicate icon in the tracked items menu on the settings screen.
Between these items I have some fully completed in the codex and some not, so that doesn’t seem to be relevant to the issue. Let me know if I need to provide screenshots but I as of yet have not because I feel they are unnecessary. I have not discovered the issue on further valuables outside of those listed, but I have also not tried to test it on more than what was mentioned here.
The Outpost Welcome Package and Confiscated Colonial Folklore, and Perimeter Proprietary Assests seemed to have been untracked just fine.

I have been getting the same issue, but I believe I have figured out why this is happening (or at least, I'm giving it my best shot).
There is a similar bug in which you are unable to buy reputation packs within the C.A.R.R.I. page in the Armory when you are playing with a Sponsored Kit or playing as a Rook (whose kit effectively also acts as a sponsored kit). I believe what links these two bugs together is both the codex tracker and reputation packs somehow interacting with a runner's inventory, which would run a check to see if the runner has room available in their inventory, and not allow you to perform the command to track/untrack items if you had a sponsored kit equipped.
Notably, you can still track/untrack items just fine, so long as they are items you are able to put into your vault. Items that are automatically sold or are otherwise unobtainable as physical items such as reputation packs and valuables cannot be tracked/untracked if you have a sponsored kit equipped.
Another bug that is very closely tied to this is the fact that when you are using a sponsored kit/rook, you cannot track or untrack valuables within the codex. The solution to this is to not use a sponsored kit/rook when attempting to do this. (While doing this, I also noticed that despite there being a "track" option listed for the AI subroutines for the cryo vaults, it is not actually possible to track them - clicking R to track does not produce any noise and seems to do nothing. I don't know if this is related to any of the other bugs, though.)
As of time of writing, I have tried this with deluxe and higher quality valuables.
Steps to reproduce this tracking duplication glitch:
1. Equip a sponsored kit/rook frame
2. Attempt to untrack valuable
Steps to fix the tracking duplication glitch:
1. Unequip sponsored kit/switch to non-rook frame
2. If valuable is duplicated, click on it once to unduplicate it, then go into the codex and untrack it. Otherwise, just click on it normally to untrack.
