Xbox Series X Crashing
I’ve had issues since launch with consistent crashes every night. It will be at random times (sometimes the first run, sometimes later on). My Xbox is only 3 years old, and I have no issues on any other games. I have inspected for dust, reset the cache, adjusted my settings. Nothing has made a difference. Can someone please investigate this issue?

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.
Since you’ve already tried cache resets, dust checks, and settings tweaks, there are a few extra things worth checking:
Make sure Marathon is installed on the internal SSD (not an external USB drive or expansion card) and that your console and the game are fully up to date.
Try a full power cycle: hold the Xbox power button for 10 seconds, unplug for 30–60 seconds, then plug back in and restart, then launch Marathon first.
If possible, try disabling any overclocking/VRR settings or custom video options (120 Hz, Dolby Vision, etc.) temporarily to see if stability improves.
If you haven’t already, try a full reinstall of the game.
To help us investigate further, it would be really useful if you could add:
Your region/timezone
Approximate time of your last crash
Whether you see any specific error message or code when it crashes
Whether it happens more often in a particular mode/map or after certain actions (e.g., exfilling, opening menus, etc.)
