Hit Gold 1 in Ranked but cosmetic is not unlocked
I hit gold 1 (I am currently platinum III) and the cosmetic did not unlock. See screenshot.

- Description of Issue - I hit gold 1 (I am currently platinum III) and the cosmetic did not unlock. See screenshot.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - I hit gold 1 a few weeks ago. It still has not unlocked.
- Repro steps - I hit gold 1 and beyond
