Code - Career - Titles - Zonewarden Achievements Not Processing
The Achievement: 'Rook to TCIV, Checkmate' was not awarded to me after I successfully killed another runner with a Longshot today 04/27/2026 at around 6:00pm EST. I don't have a way to record this game but the runner I downed (as a Rook) was a Triage shell wearing a Sekaguchi skin at Station. I downed him and finished him with the Longshot, then I exfiled at a Guarded Exfil nearby Hauler. According to the wording on this achievement, I should have completed it... can someone please assist? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We understand the codex challenge Rook to TCIV, Checkmate didn't complete when expected. Please note that this challenge reads "Using a ROOK frame, defeat a hostile Runner with precision sniper damage." As such, if the damage inflicted was not precision, this would be why you were not awarded this codex challenge.
The above said, if you experience this again and are certain you inflicted precision damage, then please consider recording a short video of the incident. If you record such a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and link us to it here. We'll be happy to investigate.
Thank you for responding... maybe I don't understand what sniper rifles are considered precision, would you mind letting me know what those are?
