codex challenges not tracking/being able to be claimed
there are currently 2 codex entries that are bugged for me that I have done. 1 of which is the ranked cosmetic challenge which is redacted but I can only assume is for reaching gold 1 during the season and while I am currently platinum 3 the codex entry has not unlocked. The other is the codex entry for simply using a DCON which is required for multiple quests and the entry itself shows that I am at "1/1" for the challenge but I am unable to claim it as well
