Lost Dire Marash Prestige Key to Bug
I lost a Prestige Key alongside a full kit in Dire Marsh because the game lets you go climb walls without any warning of it to part of outside might, and I died because of that. Is there any way to get a refund because of that?

Thanks for reaching out. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
Ok, so I guess I should see the key in some in the vault?
