  『Pinwheel』の特定の場所で動けなくなってしまったとのこと、承知いたしました。ご不便をおかけし、大変申し訳ございません。どのような影響があったか、お察しいたします。本件を効果的に調査させていただくため、お手数ですがご返信の際に以下の詳細情報をご提供いただけますでしょうか。

  *   問題が発生したおおよその日時
  *   動けなくなった場所を示すゲーム内マップのスクリーンショット（リンク形式で）
  *   問題が再現するまでの具体的な手順（ステップ）
  *   問題の様子を収めた動画クリップ（リンク形式で）。ImgurやYouTubeなどのサイトをご利用いただけると幸いです。
  上記の情報をいただけましたら、調査を進めさせていただきます。

  なお、返金のご要望についてですが、紛失してしまった装備品を個別に手動で復旧させることはいたしかねます。しかしながら、特定の種類のサーバーエラーによって装備品が失われた場合に、自動的に返還（返金）を行うシステムを導入しております。ただし、インターネット接続の問題や、お客様側のクライアント環境に起因するゲーム内の損失については、この自動返還システムの対象外となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。何卒ご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。また、本対応にあたり翻訳ツールを使用しておりますため、もし内容に誤解が生じる点がございましたら、あらかじめお詫び申し上げます。

  • The approximate date and time of this incident.
  • A linked screenshot of the map location of where you got stuck.
  • A breakdown of any steps which reproduce this issue.
  • A linked videoclip of the issue. A site like Imgur or Youtube would be ideal for sharing this with us.

  Once we have the above information, we will investigate this. 

  Concerning your request for a refund, while we're unable to manually return lost gear, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems. Your understanding in this is appreciated. Additionally, please be advised that I am using a translation tool to assist you, so I apologize in advance for any misunderstanding.

  画像、映像の提出ができないので文章で説明させていただきます。

  ピンホイール基地内のドローン棟からドローンを落として基地から出る際、下にドローンが下がったタイミングでアサシンのスキルを使用し乗り越えモーションが出た時にマップ外の飛ばされました
