Game crashed on cryo and lost all my stuff

My game crashed in the middle of the fight after my team and I killed 1 team, one of my buddies didn’t crash and he had to fight the 3rd party team alone and knocked two guys but we couldn’t load back in time and we lost all of our stuff. I would like to be refunded all of my gold gear I had on. This only happens on PSN.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the report.

    If you are still experiencing any crashing, can you please try the following:

    • Completely power down your PS5 (not rest mode), wait ~30 seconds, then start it back up.
    • Check for and install any system updates (PS5 system software)
    • On PS5, you can also try Rebuilding the Database by going into Safe Mode → Rebuild Database.
    • Reinstall Marathon and Clear your console's cache (Please check out this guide)

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
