Lent item to friend not returned after successful extract
Played with a premade trio and I lend a gold shield to my friend so that the entire crew would be full gold shield on outpost. After successfully extracting all 3 of us with our 3 golden shields I have still not gotten the gold shield returned in the mail like I usually do when I lend items. The match took place on outpost at arround 00:00 CEST, I am on STEAM and my friend who borrowed my goldshield is on playstation.

Normally, loaned items are returned to the lender’s Mailbox after a successful extract, so if you haven’t already, please double‑check:
The Mailbox terminal in the hub (and make sure your inventory isn’t full), and
That you didn’t already claim it on a different Runner.
If it’s still missing, this is likely not expected behavior and we’d like a bit more info so it can be investigated further. When you get a chance, please reply with:
Your Bungie Name and your friend’s (Steam / PlayStation),
Approximate date/time and region of the match (you mentioned ~00:00 CEST on Outpost),
Whether your friend extracted with the gold shield equipped the whole time, or stowed/swapped it before extract,
Any video or screenshots you might have of the run or post‑match inventory.
We can’t directly restore specific items via the forums, but this information helps the team track and fix issues with the loan system going forward.
