Was holding a red 06 card got shot by a team and my game gave me error code:plum
Battle eye crashed my game during a crucial part of our red card run and my team lost everything. is there any chance we can be reimbursed anything? I have a video I can include to show what happens

Thanks for reaching out. A Plum error means BattlEye has detected a problem with your computer that may be in violation of our Terms of Use.
If you haven't already, please have a look at our article Error Code: PLUM as well as the BattlEye support FAQ. Namely, you'll need to make sure that you have the latest Windows update before launching Marathon.
I dont have a windows update for my pc and I visited the BattlEye support FAQ and found no valuable information. I have no idea what resulted in the error and now we have lost our last 06 keycard because of an error.

Please double check for any installed apps or software that may be interfering with BattlEye. You may also want to disconnect any unused peripheral devices.
On a side note, we are aware of an ongoing issue where players using Focusrite Scarlett audio interfaces and drivers may experience BattlEye errors and crashes.
