No Final Exfil Dire Marsh

- Description of Issue - No Final Exfil Spawned in Dire Marsh, lost an entire kit that i just spent my entire session building, upgrading, extracting, upgrading etc.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 11am ET 4/22
- Repro steps - Kill 2 teams, loot, look for final exfil, not there
Would really appreciate my gear back... this is an extraction shooter loosing gear in this way is quite unacceptable. Will that happen????

We understand that the final exfil didn't appear on Dire Marsh. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact of such an incident. We have received reports of this issue and it's currently being looked into by us. Your patience and understanding while this is ongoing is appreciated.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

I just had the same issue, no final exfil on dire marsh. Is there any need to make my own bug report to get a gear refund?
