Losing in game credits

I lost credits somehow, my wallet was more than 100k and is now down to 76k without spending any of it

    • The platform you play Marathon on.
    • The approximate date and time you first noticed this loss on.
    • Any in-game actions or steps which reproduce this loss.
    • A linked videoclip of screenshots demonstrating the before and after of this loss, or the loss incident itself.

    For the visuals we've requested, Youtube or Imgur would be ideal. Once we have the above information, we'll investigate. Thanks.

    Thanks for the response

    The date was the 22/04/2026
    Approximate time 2pm to 4pm
    Platform is Playstation
    Unfortunately I didn't save any gameplay footage of the amount of credits i had before
