MIDA TRUST LIES 2/6 LOST PRESTIGE KEY AND ENTIRE INVENTORY

I made a post about this already and almost a week ago you guys responded saying you will look into it so here I am trying again.
Can I please just get the prestige key back, it is the only thing I really want.
I was doing MIDA's TRUTH/LIES 2/6 contract and after I cleared all 7 control systems in Drone Wing, the game decided to restart the lockdown in Drone Wing, forcing me to destroy 7 additional control systems. However, this was impossible because there are less than 14 total spawn points and 7 were already used up when I had to destroy them for the contract. This is very clearly a bug that should not be in the game because it traps you in a room that cannot be escaped from.
I lost a prestige and epic key from this and the rest of my loadout.
I would like these items returned to me please, as this is not the intended player experience.

This issue is already on our devs' radar and it is currently being investigated. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused in the meantime and appreciate your patience while this is being worked on.
Please also note that Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
