Missing binding for steal on Thief drone
There is no biding assigned to steal.
If you rebind equipment use to anything other than default then you will not be able to use the steal ability on the drone as there will be no button assigned for it.

The bug cannot be shown as is it the not happening/nothing to see that is the issue.
It’s as simple as changing your equipment use button bind to recreate the issue.
In my instance I remapped equipment use to tap r1 and now cannot use the drone steal ability.
