Bug Report: Recon's Tracker Drone (reposted with video as requested)

There is two more I forget to record: 1. the drone activation audio will play when activating an ult if both controller buttons are not pressed at the EXACT same time and can be heard by players. 2. If a player uses the Drone during a Lag spike or while De-synced it will disappear without refunding.

We understand as well that you're reporting two additional issues. We have taken note of the footage you've shared of these issues. So we can effectively investigate these issues, we'll need the following details concerning them:
- Reproduction steps for those issues you're capable of reproducing.
- The approximate date and time you first encountered these issues on.
- If feasible, linked footage of the last two issues as well.
