Quest in outpost

Description of Issue - Quest on outpost creates locked room. After initiating the locked room effect teammate disconnected not allowing us to leave after shooting all of the nodes to turn off the locked room effect 

Rough Date and Time of issue - 2:00pm MST

Repro steps - Tried re-shooting all known nodes and looking for any terminals to access
