Persistent issue since 3/31 - stuck at signing in screen

My stuck at signing in screen persists after several weeks. I've had some luck during this time by restarting my computer, clearing the steam cache, and activating a VPN, but now that trick is not working now. This is very frustrating, I am a long time Bungie fan and love the game, but cannot play it. Several other people are posting about this regularly, and no solutions provided to date are resolving it for anyone that I've seen. Please Bungie, put all available engineering resources into fixing this issue. This has gone on too long and is clearly affecting a decent number of players.
