Contract rewards never given
Last Sunday, my brother and I decided to run Cryo right before it would close and ran it with vault key 1. When we successfully exfiled we weren't able to receive the rewards. We waited a week to see if it would allow us to claim the rewards but the quest is gone and there nothing to claim. The quest we did was called Security Protocols.

I start going through it in the last 30 seconds of the video, didnt know how to crop.

Thank you very much for your response and the additional screenshots. To further assist us with this, can you clarify if you were never given the option to claim the rewards, or had you lost the ability to claim them due to the contract expiring?
we were never given the option to claim rewards because the quest was gone already since Cryo closed by the time we finished the run
