Bungie… bungie listen here. You owe me. You owe me big time. These deaths are ridiculous. I did everything right. I followed all the rules. This has to be a glitch. I’m gonna need my stuff back. This was unavoidable. I’ve suffered enough. The least you could do is make it right.

We have received reports of this sometimes happening with UESC Commanders. We're sorry to hear of your experience, as we can imagine the impact of this incident. Rest assured that the underlying cause of this occasional issue is under investigation by us.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

I am flat broke right now. I wouldn’t be reporting this without some form of compensation.
