Unable to Complete Action Popping Up In-Game every ~45-60 seconds
A player tried to add me after I killed them. Instead of replying to their request I clicked "Block Player" assuming they weren't going to be nice.
After that, the game kept popping up with a "Unable to Complete Action. Could not complete friend request." Error. This continued to pop up in my next match about ever 45 to 60 seconds. Somehow lasted until final exfil with this message popping up the entire match.

Same thing just happened to me. Blocked a player who sent me a friend request and almost died multiple times in match due to this stupid messege popping up.
I have it as well Bungie Support. PC steam on this account. Happening 9:40 EST 4/20/26

I can't provide a video or the exact date and time, but I believe I created this post not long after it was happening. Possibly right after that match.
That error message I shared in the screenshot would pop up and cover my screen every 45 - 60 seconds while in a match on Dire Marsh. We took the final exfil, and this kept happening for the full 30 minute match.
